Foreword

The first day in the last month, September, was a special day for me since it had been exactly two years since I joined IBM India Software Labs (ISL) at its Bangalore office. Though I did nothing special to mark the day in a special way in the pages of my history, I did spend quite sometime in brooding on my two-years time with ISL.

Ever since I joined ISL, I was associated with five different teams besides the current one. I had been both through the crests and troughs of my career as typical as it deserves to be with each time giving me enormous wisdom. This great organization could sustain in the fierce marketplace because of its inherent strengths in people and technology innovation! And every one breathes some of that air!

This journal of mine is intended to be, in the generic sense, an inventory of snapshots of my work life. I have another blog at http://spaces.msn.com/members/mkjadhav, which is targeted at those pure and abstract thinking individuals, does not talk about my work life. Some of my friends have been asking for quite some time about my work life and this journal provides in one way a good read for all those who want to peep through the glass of my office space!
